Intracorp Cos. Adds SoCal President
Multifamily veteran Brad Perozzi has more than 20 years of experience.

Los Angeles—Intracorp Cos. has appointed Brad Perozzi as president in South California. In his new role, Perozzi will drive business strategy and have executive leadership for the entire organization, including the Pacific Northwest Region. Based in Newport Beach, he will manage a team of development, construction, marketing and finance professionals, and oversee a development pipeline which includes land, for-sale and rental multifamily development.
Perozzi has 20 years of experience as a multifamily developer. He has a broad knowledge of land acquisition, design, construction, stabilization and finance. Before joining Intracorp, Perozzi served as managing director, multifamily development at Picerne Group. Perozzi began his development career at Trammell Crow Residential where he advanced to managing director, responsible for sourcing and executing the firm’s SoCal development business.
Perozzi holds a master’s degree in real estate development from the University of Southern California, and a B.S. degree in economics from Arizona State University.
