Institutional Property Advisors Names Scott Lamontagne Director

Austin, Texas–Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a recently formed multifamily brokerage division of Marcus & Millichap serving the needs of institutional and major private investors, has named Scott Lamontagne a director.

Lamontagne joins the Balthrope Group, which is led by IPA senior director, Will Balthrope. Working from IPA’s Austin office, Lamontagne will arrange the sale of apartment properties on behalf of institutions and major private owners in the Austin/San Antonio corridor.

Prior to joining IPA, Lamontagne was a multifamily investment professional with Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services for six years. He also served on the Marcus & Millichap management team for two years.
