Institutional Property Advisors Names Drew Kile Associate Director

Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a multifamily brokerage division of Marcus & Millichap serving the needs of institutional and major private investors, has named Drew Kile as an associate director, according to Hessam Nadji, managing director of IPA.

Fort Worth, Texas—Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a multifamily brokerage division of Marcus & Millichap serving the needs of institutional and major private investors, has named Drew Kile as an associate director, according to Hessam Nadji, managing director of IPA.

Kile joins the Balthrope Group, which is led by IPA executive director, Will Balthrope. Working from IPA’s Fort Worth office, Kile focuses on enhancing IPA’s services for institutions and major private owners throughout Tarrant County, one of the fastest-growing urban areas in the United States.

Kile has experience as a Texas investment specialist and manager for Marcus & Millichap. He joined Marcus & Millichap in 2004 as an agent in the firm’s Dallas office. In 2006, he was promoted to sales manager of the Dallas office. In 2007, Kile was named as the regional manager of the Fort Worth office and was instrumental in growing Marcus & Millichap’s presence in Tarrant County. He opened the Fort Worth office with five agents, and in just two years, it grew to 25 agents, a five-fold expansion. In late 2009, Kile transitioned back into the sales force and in 2011 was named an associate vice president investments.

The Balthrope Group’s investment professionals have a track record of arranging high-profile multifamily property sales in Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio.

A Fort Worth native, Kile received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas Christian University and currently resides in Fort Worth.
