Industry Veterans Glenn Murray and Jon Capezzuto Join Hipercept

New York—Hipercept announced today that real estate technology and managed services executives Glenn Murray and Jon Capezzuto have joined the Hipercept management team.
Murray is now serving as president and chief operating officer of Hipercept. He is globally recognized for his establishment, funding, and development of revolutionary services and technology companies that serve the commercial real estate industry. Over 25+ years, Glenn has invented entirely new business models and led them into substantial ventures on behalf of world class clients and investors. His founding ventures include Realm Business Solutions (now Argus Software, an Altus Group Company), rCash (acquired by Yardi Systems), KLIK Technologies (acquired by Union Bank), The Montauk Group, NOI Strategies, Vizables and most recently Hipercept Applications.
Capezzuto is now serving as chief product officer of Hipercept. Prior to joining Hipercept, Capezzuto was a founder and solutions architect of Vizables, a provider of data warehousing and business intelligence solutions for real estate. He is widely known for having served as Director of Development of CTI, a property management platform acquired by Yardi Systems that is still used by many world-class retail and office companies. Â Capezzuto has led the development and delivery of many of the real estate industry’s most widely used technology solutions, including CTI, INSIGHT, HGAP, ARGUS CRM, Realm Lease, SSLE, Vizables and FUEL for Budgeting & Forecasting. Â He was most recently a senior consultant for NOI strategies and Vice President of Development at Argus Software.
