Hunt Mortgage Group Hires Fortunat Semadeni as Director and Chief FHA MAP Underwriter
Hunt Mortgage Group, a commercial real estate lender, announced today that Fortunat (Forty) Semadeni has joined the firm as director and chief FHA MAP underwriter to help expand the firm’s FHA lending platform.
New York—Hunt Mortgage Group, a commercial real estate lender, announced today that Fortunat (Forty) Semadeni has joined the firm as director and chief FHA MAP underwriter to help expand the firm’s FHA lending platform. He will be based in Dallas, Texas and will report to Greg Calvert, senior managing director, Affordable Housing Credit at Hunt Mortgage Group.
Semadeni comes to Hunt Mortgage Group from ACRE Capital LLC where he was FHA chief underwriter and Vice President, a platform he built for the firm. Prior to that he was Deputy Chief Underwriter at Walker & Dunlop, LLC. Other positions he has held during the course of his career includes Associate FHA Underwriter at Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC, Fannie Mae Production Analyst at Lend Lease Mortgage Capital, and FHA Project Manager and Investment Analyst at GMAC Commercial Mortgage.
Semadeni attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
