Hunt Companies to Undergo New Leadership

El Paso, Texas—Hunt Companies Inc., a national developer, investor and manager of real assets for public and private sector clients, announced the appointment of Chris Hunt, who will transition into chief executive officer for the company. Hunt will be replacing Woody L. Hunt, who will remain involved as executive chairman of the company’s board of directors effective Jan. 1, 2015. Woody Hunt began his career with Hunt in 1968 and became president and CEO in 1977.

Chris Hunt began his career with Hunt Companies Inc. in 1993. During his tenure he has served as president, chief operating officer and chief investment officer and been a member of the board of directors since 2001.
