Holland Residential Announces New President

Holland Partner Group announced that it has named Tony D’Alto president of Holland Residential.

Vancouver, Wash.—Holland Partner Group announced that it has named Tony D’Alto president of Holland Residential.

Chief among D’Alto’s duties will be developing with Holland a point of sale experience for prospects and consistently delivering an industry changing level of customer service to residents.

Executives at Holland say they were particularly impressed with D’Alto’s operational and team development experience, which includes 25 years in senior leadership positions creating and implementing successful operational and sales processes at Wood Residential Services and at AIMCO, one of the largest owners of apartment communities in the United States. Prior to joining Holland, D’Alto was senior vice president of property operations at Wood

Residential Services and executive vice president with AIMCO where he had operational management responsibility for more than 1,000 properties. This portfolio totaled approximately 150,000 units across a full spectrum of asset classes nationwide, including $1 billion dollars in properties involved in redevelopment projects.
