HFF Taps New Managing Director in Charlotte
In his new role, Jeff Glenn will focus on multi-housing investment sale transactions in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic region.
Charlotte, N.C.—HFF has expanded its Charlotte investment sales team by appointing Jeff Glenn in the position of managing director. Glenn will focus on the firm’s multi-housing investment sale transactions in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic region.
Glenn’s professional track record includes more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining HFF, he worked as a partner and executive vice president for CBRE, where he was involved in the sale of more than $3 billion of investment property for both institutional and private clients throughout North Carolina.
“I have personally known Jeff for my entire career, and he is a seasoned and talented professional that will augment our Carolinas multi-housing team nicely. We believe our firm’s meritocratic philosophy and client-centric approach will provide a perfect culture for Jeff to flourish, and we are excited for him to join our team,” Ryan Clutter, co-head of the HFF Carolinas office, said in prepared remarks.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in urban and regional planning from East Carolina University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
