HFF Hires New Senior Director in Orlando
With more than 10 years of industry experience, Brett Moss returns to HFF, where he will focus on multi-housing investment clients in Central and North Florida.
HFF has extended its Orlando team with the recent addition of Brett Moss as senior director. In his new position, Moss will lead the company’s multi-housing investment advisory team, focusing on clients in Central and North Florida.
With more than 10 years of industry experience, Moss held several leadership positions at BMO Harris Bank—where he coordinated the company’s lending efforts across the southeastern U.S.—, M&L Bank, Florida Bank of Commerce and Wachovia Bank. He returns to HFF, where he previously worked as an associate director between 2015 and 2017. He then served as CBRE’s vice president of debt and structured finance.
Moss is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, NAIOP Orlando and Urban Land Institute. He received his bachelor of science degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
Last month, HFF hired Rick Salinas to join the firm’s San Francisco office as a director, focusing on multifamily debt and equity transactions.
