HFF Expands Atlanta Multifamily Investment Team
Bo Moore joins the firm as a senior director, building on previous experience with ARA Newmark and Carter & Associates.
HFF has hired Bo Moore as a senior director in the firm’s multi-housing investment advisory team in Atlanta. Moore will work alongside Jason Nettles and Megan Thompson to advise clients on multifamily transactions across the Southeast.
Prior to joining HFF, Moore served as a director with ARA Newmark’s Atlanta office. In that role, he was involved in transactions valued at just shy of $2 billion. Before his work with ARA, Moore held a tenant representation role with Carter & Associates. Moore holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Furman University and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
“In addition to his experience in the Atlanta area, he has been active in secondary markets in Tennessee and Alabama, which will benefit our clients located in or looking to invest in these locales,” said Nettles, senior managing director of HFF’s Atlanta office, in a prepared statement.
In May, HFF tapped Brett Moss to join its Orlando office in a similar role.
