Guardian Real Estate Services Hires Marsha Zimmerman Portfolio Manager for Oregon

Portland, Ore.—Guardian Real Estate Services, a Portland, Ore.-based real estate management, development and investment firm, has hired Marsha Zimmerman as a portfolio manager overseeing affordable properties throughout Oregon.

Zimmerman has been working in the property management industry for over 15 years. Previously, she worked as the Asset and Compliance Manager with Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare. During this time, she supervised the site managers and compliance staff and was responsible for negotiating regulatory agreements and PHA contracts. Prior to that Zimmerman worked for JPM Real Estate and Westland Investment Reality managing the portfolios for multifamily conventional properties. Zimmerman is a Licensed Property Manager.
