Greystone Names VP of Affordable Division
Pharrah Jackson brings more than 20 years of experience to her new role.

Greystone has promoted Pharrah Jackson to vice president of finance for Greystone Affordable Development. In her new role, Jackson will manage a team of analysts and underwriters securing debt and equity for all affordable housing development transactions within the company. She will report to Tanya Eastwood, the group’s president & CEO.
Jackson has more than 20 years of industry experience. Almost 17 of them were spent with Greystone, where she most recently served as a managing director of the company’s affordable lending group. During her tenure, she oversaw the financing of more than 1,000 affordable housing properties totaling in excess of $8 billion. Among other earlier positions, she was a closing assistant with Washington Mortgage and an assistant vice president with Walker & Dunlop. Jackson is also a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Affordable Rental Housing Advisory Council.
Greystone Affordable Development has coordinated so far the rehabilitation and preservation of nearly 14,000 apartment units with another 5,300 in various stages of completion across 14 states. In one of the more recent deals, the development and transaction management group provided a total of $120.5 million in financing for the redevelopment of an 802-unit Texas portfolio.
