Greystone Real Estate Advisors forayed into the Chicago residential market with a team of two managing directors made up of William Montana and Christopher Sackley. They will oversee the multifamily sales advisory efforts in Chicago and the Midwest and will report to Jim McDevitt, the president of the company’s multifamily group.
The two directors have previously oversaw various transactions while serving as managing directors at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company Real Estate Partners, having generated more than $200 million in real estate deals within two years.
“Bill and Chris bring an unmatched depth and breadth of multifamily real estate industry expertise to Greystone,” said McDevitt. “We want to be able to provide multifamily owners with a wide range of financial advisory offerings depending on what their investment strategies and goals might be, and this new team will be an incredibly valuable resource as we grow the multifamily sales advisory team across Greystone.”
