Greystone Adds New Dallas Director

Dallas—Greystone Real Estate Advisors recently appointed a new director of investment sales to its seniors= housing advisory team in Dallas. Justin Ridnour brings nearly two decades of commercial real estate sales advisory experience to Greystone. Ridnour will report to Mike Garbers, managing director for Greystone in Florida.

In his new role, Ridnour will expand the group’s capabilities for full-service sales and finance advisory to owners and investors of senior housing. His addition will also increase the group’s national footprint by upping overall market share.

Ridnour played a key role in the disposition, acquisition, development and/or management of more than 20 million square feet of property in the United States and Mexico with a cumulative half-billion-dollar value. Prior to joining Greystone, Ridnour owned Ridnour Partners LLC, which focused primarily on the senior housing sector but also included brokerage and construction services. Previously, he worked for publicly traded REITs and family office development firms. Ridnour earned a Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas.
