Greysteel Appoints New Director to LA Office
Everett Wong will serve the company’s clients throughout Southern California and will oversee institutional, middle market and private client multifamily transactions.
After recently hiring Michael Hehir as director to co-lead the launch of a new office in Charlotte, N.C., Greysteel has promoted Everett Wong to director. Prior to the promotion, he served as senior investment associate.
Wong will co-lead the Los Angeles investment sales and structured finance practice and will provide services to Greysteel’s clients throughout Southern California. Furthermore, his responsibilities will include complete deal execution and arranging institutional, middle market and private client multifamily transactions.
Greysteel’s new director brings more than 10 years of industry experience to his new position. Prior to joining the company, Wong spent eight years at Douglass Emmett as marketing director. Wong also serves on the Young Leaders Collective board of Foster Nation, a non-profit organization that supports foster youth aging out of the foster system. He is a graduate of University of Michigan, with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
