Greysteel Announces Expansion into the West Coast

Los Angeles—Greysteel announced the opening of its Los Angeles office. Located on West Hollywood’s Sunset Boulevard, the office is the first of several planned for the West Coast, and the seventh to be opened by the firm to date. The firm also announced the appointment of Joshua Ross as managing director and practice leader of the firm’s Southern California Multifamily Division. The office, which will operate through Greysteel California, Inc., will initially represent private and institutional investors, developers, and capital providers in the financing and sale of private capital and middle-market multifamily properties and portfolios in California and the Western United States.
