Greystar Welcomes New Director of Real Estate

Washington, D.C.—Greystar Real Estate Partners, the nation’s largest apartment operator, announced that Bobbie Brunk has joined the company as director of real estate. In her new role, Brunk will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of multifamily assets located in the D.C. Metro area. She brings over 25 years of experience in property and asset management of all asset classes.

Prior to joining Greystar, Brunk worked for Archstone for 15 years where she was responsible for 22 assets with over 7,000 units in Northern Virginia, Maryland, and the District. Upon the closing of the Archstone/Equity Residential (EQR) transaction in February 2013, she was instrumental in transitioning a large part of Archstone’s DC portfolio to EQR.

Greystar currently manages one of the largest apartment portfolios in the Northeast, which includes over 60 communities comprising approximately 20,000 apartment homes.
