Grandbridge Real Estate Capital Hires Originator in Charlotte

Charlotte, N.C.—Grandbridge Real Estate Capital has hired Michael W. Kennerly as vice president of production for its Charlotte market. He is based at 200 South College St.

Kennerly brings 17 years of financial service experience to his new role. His responsibilities include providing a broad array of advisory and placement services in permanent, construction/permanent, bridge, mezzanine, and equity capital to owners of commercial and multifamily properties.

A Charlotte native, Kennerly earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
