Fore Property Opens 5th Portland Community
The five-story building is located in Portland’s historic Mississippi neighborhood, close to major employers including Adidas, Nike, Intel and Oregon Health & Sciences University.

Fore Property has opened The Revere, a 211-unit community in Portland’s historic Mississippi neighborhood. Holst Architecture designed the property. This marks Fore Property’s fifth multifamily community in the metro area.
Located at 3309 N. Mississippi St., The Revere sits near Portland’s major employers including the North American headquarters for Adidas and Daimler Trucks, Nike, Intel and Oregon Health & Sciences University. The five-story building offers convenient access to the metro’s Max Yellow Line, to the local 4 and 44 bus lines.
The Revere features a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 570 to 1,097 square feet. The community offers a bouldering wall, a karaoke lounge, as well as conference spaces. Additionally, a fitness center and rooftop deck with fire pits are available. The property also includes The Sudra, a vegan restaurant.
According to Yardi Matrix data, the community includes nearly 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Fore Property recently teamed up with PCCP LLC to develop a 352-unit property near Disney World in Orlando.
