Fore Property Names Tampa VP, Office Head
Having most recently worked for CBRE as managing director, Chase Pattillo holds more than two decades of multifamily and commercial real estate experience,
Fore Property Co. has chosen Chase Pattillo as vice president and head of the company’s new Tampa, Fla., office. He will be responsible for sourcing and managing new multifamily development sites in the Tampa Bay area, with the support of Fore’s national construction, property management and development resources.
Pattillo holds more than 20 years of multifamily and commercial real estate experience. Most recently, he was a managing director in CBRE’s Tampa office, where he oversaw all aspects of the company’s commercial real estate advisory business. He managed a team of 30 brokers and support staff that generated almost $25 million per year in revenues across multifamily, office, industrial, retail and land dispositions, but also leasing, financing and appraisal asset management.
He has served on a number of boards, including NAIOP, REIC, CCIM and the Tampa Economic Development Council. Pattillo has a degree in real estate from Florida State University and holds both a real estate license and a CCIM designation.
A 423-unit property in Tempe, Ariz., developed by Fore Property Co. in 2017, recently traded for $89.2 million.
