Fogelman Management Group Announces Promotions
Multifamily leaders have been promoted to top positions.
Justin Marshall
Memphis, Tenn.—Fogelman Management Group announced that Justin Marshall has been promoted to chief operating officer and Melissa Smith has been promoted to chief administrative officer.
Marshall, 14 year veteran of the multifamily industry, joined the FMG team in 2012 and leads all of FMG’s regional and property operating teams, while also serving as the primary operational contact for firm’s management clients and investment partners. Additionally, Marshall spearheads FMG’s new business efforts relating to growth of fee management business.
Melissa Smith
Smith, a 26 year veteran of the multifamily industry, joined the FMG team in 1998 and oversees all of FMG’s internal administrative and support functions (Accounting, IT, Human Resources, Real Estate Services, Marketing and Management Development). Additionally, Smith is responsible for leading the overall technology strategy for FMG and its managed assets.
