Enterprise Names New CFO
Sally Hebner has been working for the nonprofit organization for more than 10 years. Most recently, she served as senior vice president.
Enterprise Community Partners Inc. has announced the promotion of Sally Hebner to chief financial officer. In her new role, she will focus on maintaining the nonprofit’s strong balance sheet. Since 2013, Hebner served as senior vice president for Enterprise, overseeing financial functions for the organization’s low income housing tax credit, mortgage and development.
Hebner joined the organization in 2005 and worked as controller to vice president, finance, leading the accounting reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the syndication and asset management lines of business. Four years later, she was promoted to vice president, asset management, leading the field operations and financial reporting teams. She was also responsible for the asset management oversight of a portfolio of 1,500 low income housing tax credit properties. Before working for Enterprise, Hebner served as director at The Rouse Co., where she oversaw accounting for vertical and renovation construction teams. Additionally, she has been a board member for the Mia Sutphin Foundation for more than 10 years and a board member and treasurer for The Coordinating Center since 2012. A certified public accountant, Hebner received a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Loyola University Maryland.
