Enterprise Names Judi Kende Vice President and New York Market Leader
Enterprise Community Partners Inc. (Enterprise) announced that Judi Kende has joined as vice president and New York market leader after working eight years at the Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF).

(Enterprise) announced that Judi Kende has joined as vice president and New York market leader after working eight years at the Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF). With a deep commitment and dedication to creating opportunities for low income people and communities, Kende will continue to address affordable housing and community revitalization needs at Enterprise’s New York office.
As the new leader of the New York office, Kende leads a cross-functional team, working with the city, financial institutions, foundations, developers, and other partners to build and preserve affordable homes. Key initiatives focus on creating and preserving affordable housing; connecting homeless families to safe and stable housing; and ensuring the financial and environmental sustainability of New York’s affordable housing stock, including preparing for impacts of climate change.
Kende previously led LIIF’s Eastern and Central region and was responsible for a $300 million portfolio of investments, regional strategic planning, budgeting, fundraising, advisory committee and staffing. In addition, she oversaw LIIF’s $265 million New Markets Tax Credit program and advisory board. Prior to LIIF, Kende served as director of Nonprofit Finance in Citibank Community Development. She also spent six years in Citigroup’s Corporate and Investment Bank. Before Citigroup, she managed corporate and foundation relations at Cancer Care.
Kende graduated from Kenyon College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and received her M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
