Electra America Adds New EVP
Stacey Bondar joined the company as executive vice president of asset management. She will be responsible for overseeing the property management teams of the company's 70 multifamily communities.

Electra America has appointed Stacey Bondar to the role of executive vice president of asset management. She will be in charge of the properties’ performances, enhancements and revenue management. Bondar will need to interact directly with investors and strategic partners worldwide. Monitoring teams across six states, with a total portfolio of more than 23,000 apartment units totaling approximately $2.5 billion in value, will also be one of her duties. Bondar will report to Electra America CEO Joe Lubeck.
Boasting more than 15 years of residential and commercial real estate experience, Stacey Bondar previously served in various leadership roles for Cal-Am Properties Inc, American Residential Communities and ZRS Management LLC. Prior to joining Electra America, Bondar was vice president of operations at Invitation Homes, a Blackstone company in Tampa, Fla. She was responsible for the overall management and financial success of the firm’s operations, rehab/turns/maintenance, acquisition and leasing departments.
Last month, Electra America and Robbins Electra purchased a three-property portfolio in Atlanta.
