Eastern Union Funding Names Shai Romirowsky VP of Bethesda Office
Eastern Union Funding, a privately owned commercial mortgage company, has added Shai Romirowsky as vice president. He will be based in the company’s Bethesda, Md. office.
Bethesda, Md.—Eastern Union Funding, a privately owned commercial mortgage company, has added Shai Romirowsky as vice president. He will be based in the company’s Bethesda, Md. office.
Romirowsky specializes in commercial debt and equity loan financing for the Mid-Atlantic region. He will focus on generating new business opportunities and provide additional leadership for the office. Romirowsky will also work on building his own client base while working with senior managing director Marc Tropp.
Eastern Union Funding has a strong presence in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C.-metro region and has plans to increase its activity there.
Prior to joining Eastern Union, Romirowsky worked as a senior associate in the Real Estate Financial Advisory Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has also served as an Analyst at Deloitte Consulting.
Romirowsky earned a Masters degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelors degree from the University of Maryland. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers and is active in University of Maryland and Georgetown University alumni initiatives. Romirowsky and his wife, Abigail, currently live in Washington DC.
