Eastern Consolidated Hires New Director of Sales and Training

New York—Eastern Consolidated announced that Mark Schnurman has joined the firm as director of sales and training. In this newly created role Schnurman will use his leadership expertise in managing sales talent, recruiting and training as Eastern Consolidated continues to expand.

Schnurman is an attorney admitted into the Bars of New Jersey and Florida and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Behavioral Analyst. Prior to joining Eastern, Schnurman was executive vice president and director of business development for GFI Capital Resources, a diverse real estate and financial services firm. Previously, Schnurman worked at Wachovia Securities as senior vice president of training and development where he directed training, coaching and organizational development strategies for 20,000 employees. He also worked at Morgan Stanley as an awarding winning financial advisor and sales manager.
