Duravit Brings New Sales Managers to Northeast and Northwest
Duravit makes two new hires.
New York and San Francisco—Duravit, a German manufacturer of innovative bathroom sanitaryware, furniture, whirl tubs and accessories, has appointed John Veras, Northeast sales representative. In his new position, Veras will join the New York-based team located at the company’s DNYC showroom on Madison Avenue and will work side by side with Alison Provenzano in a coordinated effort to grow business in the Northeastern Market.
Drew VallesVeras joins Duravit with over 28 years of extensive experience in sales, contract management, and marketing in the plumbing industry. Most recently, Veras worked with Hastings Tile and Bath as regional sales manager in the New York and New Jersey market.
Additionally, in a cross country move from New York to San Francisco, Duravit has appointed a key member of its sales force to lead growth in the Northwestern US market. Drew Valles, formerly the Northeastern regional sales manager headquartered at Duravit’s New York City showroom, will now act as the company’s Northwest Regional Sales Manager, where he will oversee Northern California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Idaho. In this new position, he will continue his focus on regional growth and assist Duravit in its continued expansion throughout the northwestern market.
Valles has been employed with Duravit USA since 2006. He played a major role in opening the company’s first North American showroom in 2008, which is based in New York City’s NoMad design district.
