DMG Investments has topped out on the 204-unit One Park, an upscale condominium asset in Cliffside Park, N.J. The property is expected to come online in fall 2018, while Halstead Property Development Marketing has opened an onsite sales gallery.

Located at 320 Adolphus Ave., the Bergen County community was designed by Architectura, while interior plans were delivered by boutique design firm VLDG Inc. The property features one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences spread across 14 stories, with prices starting from $495,000. Facilities include:
