Daniel Zunker Joins LYND as Principal and President of LYND Development Partners

San Antonio—LYND, a national real estate firm based in San Antonio, has added Daniel Zunker as a principal and president of its development division, LYND Development Partners. Zunker is responsible for overseeing the execution and growth of LYND’s development platform. He will focus on capitalizing on the firm’s existing pipeline of land sites while growing its future pipeline in geographic areas where LYND has a footprint: Florida, Texas, Arizona, Colorado and other cities in the sunbelt region.

Zunker has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. He spent the last seven years at Embrey Partners, a regional multifamily development, construction and management company based in San Antonio. As senior development partner, he was responsible for the development of over 2,700 units valued at more than $305 million in San Antonio, Dallas, Houston and Phoenix. His responsibilities included site identification, financial analysis, securing entitlements, design coordination and overseeing the implementation of the development business plan through asset disposition. Zunker also has experience handling equity and debt financing of projects, and he brings an extensive network of capital relationships to LYND. Prior to Embrey, he worked at Arthur Anderson with several Fortune 500 clients.
