Dan Frink Joins Greystone’s FHA Lending Team

The company's new managing director brings two decades of industry experience, having served D3G for the past 20 years.

Richmond, Va.—Greystone announced the appointment of Dan Frink as managing director on the FHA lending team.

Mordecai Rosenberg, head of Greystone’s FHA lending business, said in a prepared statement that the newly created position is an illustration of Greystone’s commitment to “completely transform the FHA business” by investing in technology, streamlining processes and recruiting top talent.

Frink brings two decades of industry experience at Greystone, having served Dominion Due Diligence Group (D3G), an environmental, engineering, and energy assessment due diligence firm, for the past 20 years. In his new role, Frink will be responsible of streamlining the underwriting process by acting as a liaison between various third party report providers and Greystone’s underwriting team. Frink will also help mitigate issues identified in PCNA and environmental reports.

Frink is based in Richmond and will report to Nikhil Kanodia, COO, FHA lending.
