D3G Announces Updated Leadership Team
The company shuffled top positions with several high-profile recruitments and promotions.
Richmond, Va.—Dominion Due Diligence Group, a Richmond-based company specializing in environmental and engineering due diligence, has recently announced several high-level moves.
D3G promoted Tim Ungerleider as COO and Mike Ferguson as vice president of technical services, and recruited Jil Stoddard as HR director. Long-time President & CEO Rob Hazelton and CFO Tim Black will continue to serve the company in their respective positions.
“Our industry has experienced significant change in the past few years,” said Hazelton in a prepared statement. “We have been evolving as well, and our new leadership team positions us to manage the complex issues facing our clients, just as we have for more than 20 years.”
Prior to being promoted as COO, Tim Ungerleider served D3G for more than three years as senior leader/program manager. Holding more than two decades of corporate experience, he is a graduate of Rider College. His professional track record includes positions with Global Resources LLC, Alpha Environmental Technologies and Encompass Environmental Supply & Rental Co.
Mike Ferguson, D3G’s new vice president of technical services, has been promoted from director of engineering services. In his new position, he will be in charge of the company’s account management teams. Ferguson has been with the company for more than 13 years and holds a bachelor of engineering degree from Ryerson University, a master of engineering degree from the University of Toronto, as well as an MBA degree from Averett University.
Jil Stoddard most recently worked for the Virginia Community College System and is joining the company as HR director. Stoddard has worked in HR for nearly three decades, holding top positions with Philip Morris USA, AstraZeneca, Deluxe Corp. and Thalle Construction Co. She holds a bachelor degree in psychology & business administration from the University of New Hampshire and an M.S. degree in business administration and human resources from Virginia Tech.
