Scottsdale, Ariz.—Cypress Development Group is on the verge of launching sales for the Sterling Collection at Silverleaf, a condo development in Scottsdale. The property is composed of five four-story buildings that include automated parking and private elevators that open directly into each unit.
Priced from the low $1 million, the 213 condos will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, with options for an added den, and range in size from 1,600 square feet to 3,400 square feet. The top floors will feature a number of penthouses averaging 2,500 square feet. The buildings will be LEED Silver.
The Sterling Collection will be the first property on the West Coast to feature a robotic valet, which is an automated parking system. The system uses omni-directional, battery-powered robots and a robotics guidance system to carry vehicles parked on self-supporting steel trays to and from storage spaces. Homeowners can call-up their vehicle to arrive in minutes.
Owners also have access to the property’s “Effortless Ownership” program, which offers various hotel-like services, such as chauffeured car service, a dedicated on-site concierge, and a 24-hour manned guard gate. There are also regular hosted events in the property’s Resident Lounge and pre-arrival services, including grocery shopping, home cleaning and preparation.
Also, owners are extended an invitation to the members-only Silverleaf Club. A 50,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style clubhouse and spa, the Silverleaf Club offers year-round events for club members and their guests, including of spa services, resort and lap pools, locker rooms and various dining options. The club includes an 18-hole golf course designed by Tom Weiskopf, who won 16 PGA Tour titles between 1968 and 1982, and has since become a noted golf course architect.
