Cristina Sullivan Moves Up the Ladder at Gables Residential
Cristina Sullivan, a 28-year veteran with Gables Residential, has been promoted to chief operating officer within the company.
Atlanta–Gables Residential recently announced the promotion of Cristina Sullivan, the company’s former executive vice president of operations, to chief operating officer.
Sullivan began her career with Gables Residential’s predecessor, Trammell Crow Residential, as a leasing consultant back in 1988, and over the past 28 years she has held numerous positions with the company. During her tenure at Gables, Sullivan led many company initiatives and implemented multiple programs which have generated operational efficiencies.
Sullivan was recently the recipient of the Real Estate Forum’s 2015 Women of Influence Award.
A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in art history and museum studies as well as a Florida Real Estate Broker’s License. She is also a member of the FAU Alumni Association and National Multifamily Housing Council groups.
Gables Residential is a privately held real estate company specializing in the development, construction, ownership, acquisition, financing and management of multifamily and mixed-use communities.
