Crescent Communities Names David Muenks Senior Development Manager for Palmetto Bluff
Crescent Communities, a real estate investment, development and operating company in Charlotte, N.C., has named a former Disney Imagineering/Disney Development Company executive, David Muenks, as senior development manager to lead planning for its signature Palmetto Bluff community in the South Carolina Lowcountry.
Charlotte, N.C.—Crescent Communities, a real estate investment, development and operating company in Charlotte, N.C., has named a former Disney Imagineering/Disney Development Company executive, David Muenks, as senior development manager to lead planning for its signature Palmetto Bluff community in the South Carolina Lowcountry.
Muenks’ career has included a 15-year tenure with Walt Disney Imagineering, the design and development arm of The Walt Disney Company. As director of resorts, facilities and infrastructure development, Muenks spearheaded the design and construction of innovative resort and infrastructure projects for the Walt Disney World Resort and The Celebration Company in Orlando, Fla.
Muenks comes to Crescent from Fetterhoff Company, a professional consulting firm where he directed program and project management support services for Walt Disney Imagineering’s new Shanghai Disney Resort, a retail, dining and entertainment district under development in China.
