Corvias Military Living Appoints Randall Ell as Chief Operating Officer

Randall brings 30 years of multifamily experience to Corvias.

Randall Ell PhotoEast Greenwich, R.I.—Corvias Military Living, the military housing division of Corvias Group, announced that Randall Ell has been appointed as Corvias Military Living’s chief operating officer.

In his new role as COO, Ell will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Military Living division and work closely with its President Chuck Parker. He will help set, manage and execute business strategies and projects in addition to solving any issues that may arise.

Ell comes to Corvias from Lennar Multifamily Communities in Charlotte, N.C., where he served as senior vice president. In this position he was responsible for all asset management and operations and provided compensation information, rents and expenses to all properties in the development. Additionally, he managed all marketing aspects of these new developments and provided oversight to the third party managers of the properties in lease up. Prior to Lennar Multifamily Communities, Ell was a principal and founding partner of Allegiant Residential Partners LLC.

Ell is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council and was previously the Chairman of the Board of Director at Blue Sky Logistics from 2012 to 2014. He received a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Corvias actively manages 13 U.S. government partnerships and additional private partnerships. In the past 12 years, the company has raised the capital needed for the construction and redevelopment of more than 12,000 acres in communities serving more than 24,000 families. Corvias is also currently responsible for implementing more than $11 billion in maintenance and infrastructure repairs, and will reinvest $4.4 billion into its current public sector partnerships for continuous maintenance, upgrades and redevelopment during a 50-year span.
