CORT Names Carrie Gebhart Group Vice President of Sales

Chantilly, Va.–CORT, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, announced that Carrie Gebhart has joined the company as group vice president of sales. In this position, Gebhart will provide leadership to grow CORT’s residential furnishings business in the Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana markets.

Gebhart joins CORT with more than 15 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry. She most recently served as vice president of sales for BG Staffing Inc., a provider of onsite temporary and permanent placements for the multifamily housing industry. Gebhart was responsible for growing BG Staffing from a Texas-based provider to a national multi-family vendor partner.  Previously, Gebhart also served as a marketing director for Riverstone Residential Group and as an account executive at For Rent Media Solutions.

Gebhart is involved in multiple apartment associations, serving on the Tarrant County Board of Directors, the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas product and service council  and as a delegate to the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association.
