Cooper Square Realty Promotes CPM Sal Schiano to Vice President

New York—Cooper Square Realty, a New York-based property management company, has promoted Sal Schiano, CPM, to vice president.

Schiano had been with Goodstein Management for 12 years before the company merged with Cooper Square Realty. He was previously a senior vice president at the Helmsley Organization for 17 years. The properties in his current portfolio include The San Remo Apartments, The Ardsley and The Bolivar on Central Park West, and Castle Village on the Upper West Side.
