Colliers Promotes Cooke to EVP of MF Investments

Phoenix–Colliers International in Greater Phoenix has promoted Cindy Cooke to the position of executive vice president of multifamily investments.

Cooke has 30 years of experience specializing in multifamily investments. She leads a multifamily investment team in Phoenix and a Western Region Expansion team that consists of 12 Colliers professionals throughout the Western United States. In 2010, Cooke’s team sold 5,078 units with a sales value of more than $180 million, and Cooke was recognized as the Top Producer in Greater Phoenix.

Cooke started her career in multifamily, with an emphasis on development, property assemblage, zoning and construction. For 10 years, she also owned and operated three companies specializing in brokerage, financing and development. She joined Colliers International in 2002.
