Greg Walz has joined Colliers International as vice chairman of capital markets group. He will assist with institutional business development and client management.
Atlanta–Greg Walz has joined Colliers International as vice chairman of capital markets group. He will assist with institutional business development and client management.
Walz comes to Colliers International following a 40-year career at Northwestern Mutual Real Estate Investments LLC, a division of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, where he held several senior management positions at Northwestern Mutual Real Estate Investments. After managing the Atlanta regional office for 25 years, Walz moved into the role of managing director of debt production. Most recently he served as managing director, equities.
