Colliers Boosts Dallas Presence With Key Hires
Executive Vice Presidents Jorg Mast and Chris Paul will form a new team focused on multifamily investment sales in Texas and the wider region.

Colliers International has appointed Jorg Mast and Chris Paul as executive vice presidents at its Dallas office. They will put a new team together to handle investments and capital market services for multifamily and mixed-use property owners and developers, both in Texas and the surrounding region. The two have a combined 50 years of industry experience.
Mast previously served as executive vice president with JLL. He has an MBA in marketing and finance from Texas Christian University. Danny Miller, also from JLL, joins Mast as a senior associate, building on prior experience with Newmark Knight Frank and HFF.
Paul joins from LaPaul Partners, a Dallas-based multifamily investment advisory firm he founded in 1988. He has a bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University.
Last month, Colliers arranged the sale of a 180-unit community some 9 miles from central Dallas. Senior Vice President Mark Allen led the disposition team.
