Christopher Egan Joins AHEPA Management Co. as Controller

Indianapolis–AHEPA Management Co., an Indianapolis-based property management firm for affordable senior housing communities, has appointed Christopher Egan, C.P.A. to the position of controller for the firm.

In this capacity, Egan will ensure the financial accuracy and financial compliance of all the firm’s managed properties. He will also maintain internal controls to safeguard the assets of the AHEPA Management Co. and its managed properties, as well as provide financial solutions for efficient management for the portfolio.

Recently, he served as a divisional controller for Thomson, a digital technology development firm. His affordable housing industry experience includes eight years auditing affordable housing, primarily with the firm of Ernst & Young, and two years with the Gene B. Glick Co., an affordable housing management company.
