CBRE’s Michael Homm Promoted to Senior Appraiser

Cincinnati—Michael Homm of CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Group (VAS) in Cincinnati was recently promoted to senior appraiser. Homm is a member of the Multifamily Specialty Group and Office Specialty Group. He also specializes in regional mall valuations but his experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including industrial, recreational, institutional, educational and land.

He demonstrates the very best of VAS in terms of the CBRE RISE values of respect, integrity, service and excellence and has worked hard to achieve this well-deserved promotion, according to Steven Hodge, managing director of CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services Group in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Homm joined Valuation & Advisory Services in 2007 and has consistently been a top producer within CBRE’s Cincinnati Valuation & Advisory group. He has completed valuation assignments in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and West Virginia.
