CBRE New York City continues to change, with Haig Kilicyan as the team’s latest addition. He will work for the company’s Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance division, overseeing the financing, equity and loan sales advisory and servicing processes. He will report to Senior Managing Director & Co-Head of Production Michael Riccio.

Kilicyan brings thirteen years of underwriting, commercial real estate lending and analysis experience to CBRE’s table, having originated $7 billion in loans so far. Prior to joining the firm, he served as senior vice president for Capital One’s Multifamily Finance division, being responsible for the analysis of $15 billion loans, together with the structuring, underwriting and closing of more than $5 billion in agency loans.

Additionally, as a vice president of Centerline Capital Group, he dealt with all its Northeast area multifamily loans. Other functions include underwriter at Freddie Mac Multifamily and UBS Investment Bank. He is a Hofstra University and New York University graduate, having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance.

The addition of Haig reinforces our commitment to filling gaps in areas where we have room for growth. His experience on the agency side of the multifamily loan business will be a tremendous complement to our market-leading debt practice in New York City,” Riccio said in prepared remarks.
