Capstone Expands Texas Footprint

Capstone Real Estate Services Inc. has been awarded property management assignment of four multifamily communities, all located in Texas. The properties are: Park Hill, Pine Hills, Brix at Terrell Hills and Lodge at Westlake.

The Value-Add Portfolio

• Located at 1001 Leah Ave. in San Marco, Park Hill features 168 units with one- and two-bedroom floor plans averaging 814 square feet. Amenities include a fitness center, a clubhouse, a basketball court, a playground and a swimming pool with spa. According to Yardi Matrix, the property was at 97 percent occupancy, as of May 2017. The residential asset is strategically located in the vicinity of San Marcos Premium Outlet Mall and the Central Texas Medical Center.
• Pine Hills is located at 1025 West Church St. in Livingston and features 128 units which include walk-in closets, outside storage and full-size washer and dryer. Additionally, the property features a swimming pool, a business center, a video library and a picnic area.
• The San Antonio, 143-unit community Brix at Terrell Hills is conveniently located along Harry Wurzbach Road which offers various dinning, entertainment and shopping opportunities. Situated at 2447 Harry Wurzbach Road, the property consists of one- and two-bedroom floor plans averaging 689 square feet. Community amenities include a swimming pool and 200 parking stalls.
• Lodge at Westlake is a 108-unit upcoming partially affordable community, which will be located at Atascocita Shores Drive & FM 1960 in Humble. The property will feature a fitness center, a community room, a swimming pool and a business center. The asset is expected to be completed by the end of this year, according to Yardi Matrix.
