Capital One Names Senior Vice President for Seniors Housing and Healthcare Agency Lending

Capital One announced the appointment of Allison Holland as senior vice president for its Seniors Housing and Healthcare Agency Lending Group.

McLean, Va.—Capital One announced the appointment of Allison Holland as senior vice president for its Seniors Housing and Healthcare Agency Lending Group. In this role, Holland will serve as Originations Manager for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending, and will also be an Originator for Capital One’s FHA and Healthcare balance sheet lending business. She will report to Grace Huebscher, President of Capital One Multifamily Finance.

Prior to joining Capital One, Holland was a senior vice president for the Healthcare Mortgage Banking Group at KeyBank Real Estate Capital. Before joining KeyBank, she was an Assistant Vice President with Guaranty Bank, managing a portfolio of real estate development and lease-up financing as well as interim acquisition financing for seniors housing and medical office buildings across the country.

Holland, who received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University, is an active member of the Junior League of Dallas. She volunteers with Children’s Medical Center and Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center.
