“There is a tremendous opportunity for growth in this market and our consulting and operations teams agree partnering with a strong student housing operator will help these properties achieve their full potential,” said Pam West, vice president of operations at Campus Advantage. “We are excited to showcase our award winning operations team and make a fast and lasting impact at each of these properties.”

“We have four other properties in this market and therefore know it well. We are excited to combine our knowledge of the market and student housing expertise with our Students First programming to inspire and equip residents of The Lyfe and The Row to thrive in all areas of life – living, learning and career,” West told Multi-Housing News. “We have a large number of support staff in the area, and through a calendar full of fun events, community service opportunities, referrals to campus and community resources, and workshops, are creating a dynamic and positive environment that enhances both student success and resident satisfaction.”

The company also partnered with Catalyst to create new marketing strategies for the properties, including new websites, social and digital strategies and improved marketing materials. Earlier this year, Campus Advantage was tapped to manage two Texas student housing communities: Liv+ in Arlington and Skyloft in Austin.
