CA Ventures Adds New VP
Taylor Gunn brings many years of experience in student housing analytics. She will lead the company’s market research and development strategies across Europe.
Chicago-based CA Ventures has appointed Taylor Gunn as vice president of research and analytics. She will be responsible for the student housing and multifamily divisions.
Gunn will lead the company’s market research and development strategies across Europe, as well as supporting domestic development strategies. She will provide quantitative metrics and insights for deal origination, asset management and investor communications. Prior to joining CA Ventures, Gunn worked at Axiometrics for more than five years, where she led student housing analytics efforts and provided market intelligence to clients.
“With her extensive background in real estate data collection and analysis, Taylor will be a tremendous resource for CA as we study key economic indicators to discern housing trends, forecast market conditions and, ultimately, improve performance across our international housing portfolio,” JJ Smith, president of CA Student Living, said in a prepared statement.
Gunn holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, with a specialization in financial applications, from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.
