San FranciscoBRIDGE Housing has appointed Diane Olmstead as executive vice president & chief investment officer. In her new role, Olmstead will oversee capital aggregation activities, including fund development and securing equity and debt for non-Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects.

Olmstead has 33 years of direct experience in investment, corporate finance and capital-raising. In 2009, with Susan Sagy, she co-founded W3 Partners, a fully integrated real estate operating company and investment manager with national expertise, where she served as co-CEO. Prior to joining BRIDGE Housing, Olmstead was a principal at CIM Group, where she opened the firm’s San Francisco office and headed acquisitions and development in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.

Olmstead holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from University at Buffalo and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
