BRIDGE Housing Welcomes New EVP in San Francisco
In her new role, Diane Olmstead will oversee capital aggregation activities.

San Francisco—BRIDGE Housing has appointed Diane Olmstead as executive vice president & chief investment officer. In her new role, Olmstead will oversee capital aggregation activities, including fund development and securing equity and debt for non-Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects.
Olmstead has 33 years of direct experience in investment, corporate finance and capital-raising. In 2009, with Susan Sagy, she co-founded W3 Partners, a fully integrated real estate operating company and investment manager with national expertise, where she served as co-CEO. Prior to joining BRIDGE Housing, Olmstead was a principal at CIM Group, where she opened the firm’s San Francisco office and headed acquisitions and development in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
“Her depth of experience will enhance our ability to aggregate capital to fuel BRIDGE’s robust development and acquisitions pipeline along with intensified community development and resident services,” Cynthia Parker, president & CEO of Bridge Housing, said in a prepared statement.
Olmstead holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from University at Buffalo and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
