Berkeley Point Capital Expands Seniors Origination Team with the Hiring of Philip Hoffman
Philip Hoffman recently joined Berkeley Point Capital LLC as director, seniors and healthcare loan originations.
Bethesda, Md.—Philip Hoffman recently joined Berkeley Point Capital LLC as director, seniors and healthcare loan originations. He will operate out of the firm’s Columbus, Ohio, office, providing borrowers with the firm’s wide spectrum of seniors housing capital solutions. The addition of Hoffman to Berkeley Point’s Columbus origination team furthers the significant expansion of the firm’s Seniors Housing and Healthcare business.
Prior to arriving at Berkeley Point, Hoffman served in a number of roles at Red Capital Group, including vice president, and most recently, director, in the firm’s Seniors Housing & Healthcare Group. His experience includes significant production of seniors housing Agency and FHA financing, balance sheet and mezzanine financing, and financial advisory engagements.
Hoffman earned his BA in Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University.
