Bellwether Enterprise Expands East Coast Presence with New Hire and New Office in Boston
Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, the commercial and multifamily mortgage banking subsidiary of Enterprise Community Investment, announced the hiring of Paul E. Donahue as senior vice president.
Cleveland–Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC (Bellwether Enterprise), the commercial and multifamily mortgage banking subsidiary of Enterprise Community Investment Inc. (Enterprise), announced the hiring of Paul E. Donahue as senior vice president. Donahue will be based in Bellwether Enterprise’s newly created Boston office as part of the company’s production team. He will focus on loan originations in New England and the New York region as well as national institutional accounts.
Donahue joins Bellwether Enterprise from Centerline Capital Group in Boston where he was managing director responsible for mortgage banking origination in New England and national institutional accounts. Since 2010, Donahue has closed roughly $700 million in multifamily transactions nationally with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae as well as many investment sales transactions.
Donahue is a graduate of Harvard College in Cambridge, Mass., and has a Masters in Business Administration from the Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Va. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute: Multi-Family Council, the Greater Boston Real Estate Finance Association (REFA, RHA), Pension Real Estate Association and served on Former Boston Mayor Thomas Menino’s Green Building Committee.
